COVID19 Safety

The safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance.  For this reason we have took significant steps to ensure our store is ‘COVID safe’. This has been done by reviewing government advice, online scientific evidence and tips from our international designers.

Hand Sanitisers

Hand sanitisers are available at our store entrance and throughout.  All visitors are required to sanitise as they enter.  Masks and gloves are also available upon request.

Bride + 3

Each bride can bring a maximum of 3 guests with them to the appointment.

Appointment Only

We will operate on an appointment only basis to stop unexpected flow of visitors into the store.

Virtual Guests

Video calls to your family and friends during your appointment will be encouraged.

Rigorous Cleaning

We have devised a detailed checklist for cleaning after each appointment.  A buffer time has been introduced between appointments to allow our staff time to complete the checklist prior to each appointment.

Try-on Process

Our consultants will retain a 2m distance where possible.  During try-on of wedding gowns our consultants will wear a face covering and kindly ask brides to wear a face covering during moments of close proximity in the fitting room.

Alternate Changing Rooms

We will alternate our appointments across our 3 large changing rooms.


We are replacing our complimentary tea & coffee with sealed water bottles.

Quarantine Aisle

Dresses tried on by Brides will be placed on a Quarantine aisle for 72 hours and kept separate to the other gowns.  


By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing that you are happy with the measures in place and will ensure you adhere to the government guidance during your visit.  You also will inform us if you or your guest has any known symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms and need to self isolate.  Anyone who visits showing such symptoms will be asked to leave.
